Frequently asked questions:

How long do balloons fly?

We recommend inflating latex (rubber) balloons with helium, balloons of at least 11" in size. The balloons available in our store, if sealed with a special gel, should last at least 7 days - without gel up to 24 hours, and in the case of 9"/10" balloons filled from a disposable cylinder, count on 4-5 hours.
Foil balloons should also last at least 7 days - we do not use sealing gel for them (there is no need for that!) They can be inflated multiple times :)

Do we inflate balloons with helium?

Yes! We provide this service in our store in Poznań at ul. Starowiejska 5/13 . We also have disposable helium cylinders in stock and the possibility of renting larger cylinders.

However, it should be remembered that we do not take responsibility for the quality and flying time of balloons purchased outside of our store. If such a balloon bursts during inflation, the customer is obliged to cover the cost of lost helium.

How much does it cost to inflate balloons with helium?

In the stationary shop in Poznań it is possible to inflate balloons with helium.
The cost depends on the size of the balloon and is as follows:
- Latex balloons up to 11" (30 cm) + sealing gel PLN 8,
 - foil balloon star / hearts / circles 18" (45cm) - PLN 14,
- foil balloons shapes/figures 24" (approx. 70 cm) depending on the balloon volume from PLN 20 - PLN 30,
 - balloons numbers letters 40 - 45" (76 -100cm) - PLN 35 .

How long in advance should I order a decoration service?

When it comes to balloon decorations, 7 days before the event is 100% sufficient - then we have time to possibly download missing colors or patterns. If we have all the necessary goods on site (usually this is the case), we are able to prepare the decoration the next day.

Decoration of the church and halls with flowers and other decorations - the sooner the better, really, but a two-week period should be enough to prepare the proposal, discuss the design and all the details, order fresh flowers and prepare the decorations.

Does temperature affect balloons?

Yes! Helium decreases in volume under the influence of low temperatures - this is especially visible on foil balloons inflated in winter, after going outside they look as if the air had escaped from them, this is normal and you should not worry about it because under the influence of higher temperatures helium will increase in volume and the balloon will be fully filled again - just enter a warm car or building.

I have my own balloons, will you make decorations out of them?

No, we only work on our own products because we can be sure of the effect and quality of the decoration.
