Instructions for use

1. Remove the tank from the cardboard packaging.
2. Turn the main valve counterclockwise.
3. Attach the balloon to the black mini-reducer.
4. Holding the balloon, bend the mini-reducer and gently fill the balloon with helium to the desired size.
5. Straighten the mini-reducer back to its original position.
6. Slide the balloon off the reducer while holding it tightly.
7. Tie the balloon.
8. Once you finish inflating the balloons, close the main valve.
