Instructions for use

1. Remove the cylinder from the cardboard packaging.
2. Turn the main valve counterclockwise.
3. Slide the balloon onto the black mini-reducer.
4. While holding the balloon, bend the mini-reducer and gently fill the balloon with helium to the desired size.
5. Return the mini-reducer to its starting position.
6. Slide the balloon off the reducer while holding it tightly.
7. Tie the balloon.
8. After finishing inflating the balloons, close the main valve.
